Quartz MyChart 10.9.3

The Quartz MyChart app provides convenient access to your health insurance information right at your fingertips. It allows you to effortlessly view your claims, explanation of benefits, and digital ID card. Additionally, you can access the Healthy Path wellness portal app and securely contact Quartz Customer Service, among other features.

Please be aware that in order to use the app, you must be a Quartz member with an active MyChart account. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily set one up by visiting QuartzBenefits.com/MyChart and clicking "Sign Up Now" or choosing the same option after downloading the app. If you already have a MyChart account, you're ready to go!

It's worth noting that the Quartz MyChart app is capable of integrating with the Health app, although currently no features within the app utilize this integration.
